Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay! for haikus I love them cause they're so short and silly sometimes. Here are a few I wrote for english and for fun. Guess the themes if you can.

Shaking readily
into the back you do plunge
broken now I fall

whispered lustful words
in the darkness they do meet
in love they embrace

Tumbling downward,
utter darkness engulfs light
shadows fade away

Far in a corner
a young girl weeps in despair
will the light return?

Planets are shifting
the light rises from its grave
light reigns once again

Crystal droplets fall
your thoughtless apologies
cut deeper than blades

Fire burns below
slumbering dragon erupts
society dies

Okay and here is one last one just for fun about my favorite treat

ooey, gooey, love
so sweet and delicious, yum
gummy bears I eat

where did you get your name from? Does it - by any chance - have smth to do with the Merline- pentalogy by T. A. Barron? The main character is also named Emrys, it's a celtic name...

I got it a while ago when I was ready a short story loosely based on the 'King Arthur" legend. Emrys was listed as part of Arthur's full name, which I know is fiction but I liked it and am a fan of Arthurian legend so I sort of just stuck with me. Maybe the short story came from one of the novels.
